We hope that you are always completely satisfied with your korres.com purchase. However, we do accept returns of unused items purchased on our website within 21 days of the shipping date. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective. Packages must be returned prepaid.

In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept the return of KORRES products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact their appropriate customer service center for all requests.
