We also are strictly against animal testing, and do not test any ingredients or products on animals, nor do we hire outside companies to do so for us at any stage in production. All our tests are performed in the lab either in vitro (using synthetic skin cells) or on human volunteers under the surveillance of a dermatologist or specialty doctor, i.e. an ophthalmologist. We do not sell to any countries that require animal testing, and we follow the European Union's strict legislation that bans animal testing on finished cosmetic products and their ingredients.

Do you offer free shipping?
KORRES offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders (with no minimum). Customers may also select priority shipping for an additional $5 or 2-day shipping for $10 at checkout.
Shipping & Handling
Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days from ordering, please contact our Customer Care.
Are all your products Gluten Free?
The details section on the individual product description pages makes extended reference to the natural content of each formulation as well as the ingredients that we select and those we avoid. Specifically for Gluten: WHEAT YES / this means the product may contain wheat-derived ingredients WHEAT / NUTS (added or traces) YES / this means that the product may contain wheat / nut traces yet in low-value proportions [parts-per-million (ppm)].

It also indicates if the product is suitable for vegetarians / vegans.
Is it safe to use KORRES products while I am pregnant / breastfeeding?
We advise all pregnant / breast-feeding women to consult their doctor before the use of any product. The detailed ingredient list will help the doctor decide whether a product can be used or not. All our products are developed based on natural and / or organic ingredients, with safety and efficacy being top priorities. We do apply an extended negative-list when developing our products (i.e. we avoid the use of chemical substances like mineral oils, silicones, parabens and propylene glycol amongst others, known as potent irritants, which are replaced with natural ingredients) and we only use specific, EU approved and absolutely safe, synthetic ingredients, when safety or efficacy issues emerge. Moreover, our products pass all necessary patch / safety & efficacy tests that demonstrate their safety during consumer use; still, it is recommended to consult your doctor before start using a product.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you are always completely satisfied with your korres.com purchase. However, we do accept returns of unused items purchased on the website within 30 days of the ship date. Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip included with your order. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We are unable to accept the return of KORRES products purchased from our retail partners.
