The points earning and redemption processes have been refined for clarity and ease of use. In the old program, points were earned through various activities such as registration (10 points), joining the email list (20 points), and leaving a product review (5 points). The new program maintains similar earning rates but ties them to new tiers. Additionally, there are new ways to earn points, including registering (10 points), leaving product reviews (5 points), and providing your birthday information (5 points).

Tiers have been recalculated based on your annual spend from the previous year for users who were part of the program last year. New customers, who do not have any spend history from the previous year, will be evaluated on January 1st of the next year and placed in the correct tier based on their annual spend The new tiers have been defined as follows: Friend Tier: Up to $250 annual spend, 0.5x points multiplier Insider Tier: $251 - $750 annual spend, 1x points multiplier Ambassador Tier: $751+ annual spend, 1.5x points multiplier Additionally, please note that all points earned in the previous year will expire on June 30th of the next year.
