Soil Lab:
With valleys at the foothills of mountain but also very close to the sea, Crete has the ideal combination of microclimate, moisture & temperature conditions for superior olive oil production. We source our precious organic extra virgin Olive oil from the Cooperative of Messara, while our rare Early Harvest Olive oil originates from a family-owned olive grove in the Cretan village of Zounaki close to Chania.
